I took my truck in for interior detailing with 2 years of dog hair, drool, dirt, and debris from construction work. The worst part was the smell of the dogs. When I went to pick up the truck, it looked an smelled as good as it did when it was new, and the owner told me he would do it again if I wasn't satisfied! I definitely will bring all of my vehicles in for cleaning. I can't say enough about the quality of the work.

I was in a situation to purchase a vehicle rather quickly because the car that I was driving was no longer safe. My brother who had purchased several cars from Ira in the past, and recently my son, both had nothing but good things to say about Ira, and the vehicle they had purchased from him. These guys show absolutely the type of business sense all local companies should emulate. I felt valued as a person every single time I visited. No games, no attitudes, just getting the job done proficiently and timely. Great sense of customer service and willing to do the necessary steps to fit you to the car/truck/suv of your choice. I tasked them with locating my current truck and they went above and beyond to not only find one, they found two. The process took less than 24hrs from start to finish. I had only bought from a big dealer or CarMax prior to this car buying experience, but decided to trust my many friends that have bought cars from the Auto Sales Center and give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! Ira asked what I was looking for and obviously listened because he found exactly what I wanted at the exactly the right price point. He was very transparent about the deal, charged NO FEES, and spent time going over the car with me before I left the lot. The cherry on top? He took a picture of the vehicle in the showroom with a bow on top and then sent a beautiful card thanking us for buying from him with a picture of the car inside. Holy cow... These guys are amazing... I left them my 6yo car, never been detailed ever before. My daughter grew up in that car... So it saw it all, melted chocolate bars on the back seat, crumbs from everything she ever ate there, on the top of that, now my dog is commuting with me every day to my office. He's a slobbering hairy dope, aka golden retriever. So, you get the picture. Now, my car looks better than new, I couldn't believe my eyes... All stains are gone, no signs of the dog... I frankly don't know how they did that, but I'm definitely coming back, but before that my wife's car is next.

Within a few days he found a good prospect and sent me details and a picture. His mechanics checked out the car, and I was in his showroom within a couple of days and closed the deal. Very happy with my car buying experience here. Chris is a genuine guy. No gimmicks or high pressure sales here. If you are looking for a good used car, this is a place to go. I got a fair price for my trade and fair price for the car I bought from them. Don't waste your time at big-name dealerships out there. All you'll be doing is paying high prices for the overhead of those fancy showrooms, etc. Save your $ and deal with Chris & Ira.
See Ira Elfman if you need a new/ used car. I heard his name from so many people. He is the guy to go to. I was in the market for new, but didn't want new new. I went to see Ira and he asked all sorts of questions about what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks he had my car. Right color. Right mileage. Right price! He gave me a fair price for my trade in. Then his wonderful staff took care of all the paper work for the loan, got it registered and inspected, put new tires on it, and I was good to go. All I had to do was write the check. Okay, I had the hard part. But they made the process easy for me.

I just bought ANOTHER car (my 4th) from Ira and could not be happier. Talk with Ira (or Chris) about what you are looking for - type of vehicle, options, year, miles, intended use, etc... and in short order, he will find you the perfect vehicle. He knows what he is looking for, how to evaluate the vehicle to ensure no concerns, and then reviews it all with you. I have always found him to be above honest and very friendly. Six years ago my husband and I bought a 2006 Mustang GT. We really struggled with whether or not to buy it. Spoke to Ira @ ASC in Holyoke on Monday about my wish to buy a clean, low-mileage car. If there was a picture in the dictionary besides the word "integrity" Ira and Chris would be in it. They worked patiently with us to select a minivan like we desired and offered us one that we would not have thought much about, but it was almost exactly what we were looking for and with an excellent price it was a pleasant deal. Even when we did not purchase right away they were patient with us when we came back. They (and their staff) went the extra mile to help my wife and I to be very satisfied customers.
